I was appalled by how dirty the room was. There were hairs in the tub and dust all over the bathroom. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff only came once during my 6-night stay. I had to deal with dingy towels and an unhelpful front desk staff when I wanted to switch to a better room.

Nice Stay but Lacking the View
We stayed for a night in a queen room with two queen beds. The room was decent, and we got some solid sleep. But honestly, I was bummed that our view was just an indoor pool – not what I was hoping for. The breakfast was great though, eggs and bacon were on point!

The Best Western in Campton offered great accessibility features in my room, making my stay comfortable despite my mobility issues. The lobby felt welcoming, with staff greeting us warmly every day. The breakfast was surprisingly robust, filled with multiple hot options like eggs, sausage, and fresh fruit, way beyond the usual fare. Just wish I had my camera to capture the lovely layout. The game room provided some fun entertainment, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. However, I encountered some issues with room service, as my room wasn't cleaned until I asked. Minor inconvenience though. Also, the chemical smell in the rooms was a bit off-putting. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but there's room for improvement in housekeeping and odor management.
