The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. It was pet-friendly with a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator. Loved this family-friendly hotel, and we would love to go back...

I was appalled by how dirty the room was. There were hairs in the tub and dust all over the bathroom. To. I had to deal with dingy towels and an unhelpful front desk staff when I wanted to switch to a better room.

Good and perfect location and amazingly nice staff!
Wonderful hotel, exceptionally comfortable bed, superb bar. Great-sized room with a private bathroom. Bonus point for a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk. Real good stay, as always.

Staff was great addressed all concerns with bathroom, comfortable outdoorsy place close to many ski resorts, & breakfast was good too. The TV was very nice had plenty of channels with great rooms for the money in this area. Pool was was nice & BIG plus with having a sauna & steam room.
The broken lever in shower that changed the tub to shower, since it was broken could not get to engage the shower fully needs to be replaced ASAP along with the steam room which was out of order too. Would of liked to see a little bit of variety with the fruit in morning & maybe some scrambled eggs instead of just having hard boiled & apple's and banana's every day. Other than that the room's were reasonably priced for that area though will check the wi-fi next time cause never used it on this trip.

Quiet place, mostly I like the way the breakfast guy was entertaining the guest, singing, making sure we did not run out of staffs.
front desk, they were a little cold, may be because it was a busy time.

Room's clean. Food is served on time. Yaw was very helpful. Safe place to park and stay. Easy to find. Front desk/ reception was helpful. Gasoline station and store is 5 minutes drive.
The following needs repair in Room 130: - drawers - shower I need to constantly remind housekeeping to give us 4 towels. Housekeeping took one of the soaps I left on the sink and did not replace it. Bath floor towels were not provided. The room structure is not sound proof. You can hear the conversation on the adjacent rooms. Breakfast has no variations. It was the same all throughout our 3-days stay. Fruits served were very limited -- just bananas. I suggest that there should at least be 3 or 5 different menus, spread out during the 3 or 5 days stay.

Nice Stay but Lacking the View
We stayed for a night in a queen room with two queen beds. The room was decent, and we got some solid sleep. But honestly, I was bummed that our view was just an indoor pool, not what I was hoping for. The breakfast was great though, eggs and bacon were on point!
